I currently offer a self pay option and you will receive a super bill to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. I recommend contacting your insurance to ask about out of network benefits. Please contact the office for current self pay rates.
Currently, I offer telehealth appointments for follow up appointments. It is recommended you verify with your insurance plan that telehealth is a covered service. All initial appointments are in person and depending on your treatment plan in- person follow up appointments may be necessary as well.
