About
Natalie

Hello! I’m Natalie Baldwin Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I began my journey of working in mental health after graduating with my B.S in Psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. While working at Saratoga Hospital on the mental health unit, I found I really enjoyed helping people and with the encouragement of my colleagues, I decided to return to school for my nursing degree. I attended Adirondack Community College for my A.A.S in Nursing. As a registered nurse I worked hospice, oncology and dialysis and continued working in mental health as well. Working in hospice, oncology and dialysis, I learned the power of a supportive medical team. Once I took a position as a registered nurse at Four Winds Hospital on the adolescent unit, I knew I had found my niche. I attended Sage Graduate School to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After graduation, I began my career at a busy private practice located in Delmar, NY before taking a position at Four Winds Hospital Child and Adolescent Outpatient Department.

In my practice, I focus on a collaborative approach, recognizing the importance of individualized treatment. I incorporate evidence-based psychopharmacology approaches and supportive strength based therapy.
